Needed to know if you all serve chicken bbque?
I'm almost sure they only have beef and pork bbq but it is delicious.
Do you cater? Would you make a food for a wedding and then I could pick it all up?
I do not know for certain; I do not own the Restaurant, I believe that they may though; but you may just want to call them and ask.
Is Ridgeway barbecue open?
Ridgewood BBQ operating hours are as follows Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for lunch and 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for dinner. closed on Sundays
Have they changed their Bbq sauce? I've never had any problems with their BBQ before but yesterday it was so hot and spicy I couldn't eat my sandwich so I figured theyve either changed it or whoever made the sauce got it too hot.

I'm trying to figure out if Ridgewood has changed their BBQ sauce because I ate there yesterday and I couldn't eat much of my sandwich because the BBQ sauce was so hot it burnt me up. My fries and blue cheese were good though.
We have ate there quite a few times and even in the last month and have never had a issue with the sauce being spicy hot at all. We even buy their sauce to use at home.

No you can't. They are closed today, Memorial Day
What are your holiday hours for Christmas?
No their not open on Christmas. Because everybody goes home to spend time on Christmas
Does anybody have a pic of the dessert prices and a pic of the dessert part of the menu the one that's on this site u can't see what they have for dessert and the prices?
Desserts vary from day to day. All are good

The food is good. Went out of our way one day this summer, only to be disappointed that they were only doing take out, no notice on their website, no call ahead, you just had to order your food and wait..... The staff were unfriended, and seen angry to be working. Better customer care/service would be appreciated.

Historic. Designated as Tennessee's Best Barbecue in 2014. Named by Southern Living as one of the top 50 barbecue restaurants in the South.The meal is worth the wait. You will wait so plan ahead or come early.The best sauce in the Southeast, in my opinion.A hidden family treasure tucked in a hollow. It takes me back to a better time when I have a seat inside. Those destinations are rare these days.

My family loves the food here. My brother mentions Ridgewood every time the family takes a vote on where to go eat. The food is good as take-out, but it is even more delicious eaten on site. The tasty food, great service and friendly atmosphere make the wait in line worth your extra time. To describe this place with words just doesn’t do it justice. Try it, even if you don’t generally like barbecue, I believe you will be impressed!

I've had BBQ in every BBQ region in the country: Eastern and Western NC BBQ, Memphis BBQ, Kansas City BBQ and Texas Brisket. Ridgewood rates up at the top. Thinly sliced (not pulled) pork pulled HIGH on a bun with slaw and some of the best French Fries and BBQ beans I've EVER had.Little hole in the wall with seating capacity of less than 75 on a two lane highway. But the food is OUTSTANDING!!
